We are a small sized (Family Owned) construction company located in Silver Spring, Maryland and Washington, DC. KSG was founded in May of 2003 We are looking to grow in the DMV area, and in order to do this we realize it means taking good care of our customers with excellent service and quality in every single one of our projects. No matter how big or small a project might be, KSG will deliver on time and within budget. Being a small company gives us the ability to focus closely on our projects, keeping track of even the smallest detail to make sure the expected project is delivered.
'We look forward to bringing new and unique ideas to construction projects throughout the DMV, input by different clients and KSG personnel. We are confident that we can achieve this. For a project to be unique and at the same time cost effective, there are some steps to follow.
Concept: Meet with the Client to get an idea of project expectations, establish budget, schedule, type of construction as well as any other specifics to the project.
Design phase: Use input obtained from owner and layout a preliminary design that is acceptable by owner until sign off is obtained.
Construction phase: Commence construction and follow through with close supervision on project. Obtaining a final inspection on the project by both the local official as well as the owner is the final step for the construction phase.
